CURTIS D. LUEKER
Head of Commercial Markets

Curt Lueker is responsible for overseeing Modern Bank's Commercial Markets business, which includes C&I and Commercial Real Estate lending.

Before joining Modern Bank, Mr. Lueker spent nine years at the Royal Bank of Scotland originating, executing and managing senior secured loans, mezzanine investments, equity co-investments and private equity fund commitments. Mr. Lueker was a Managing Director in Asset Management, Head of Leveraged Finance Portfolio Management, Head of Technology/Media/Telecom Portfolio Management, and President & Chief Operating Officer of RBS Equity Corporation. His teams managed more than $20 billion in assets, with RBS acting as Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent for more than half of the Leveraged Finance clients.

Prior to joining RBS, Mr. Lueker was a Vice President in the Merchant Banking Group at Indosuez Capital and a founding member of Bank of America's Financial Sponsor Portfolio Management team. At Bank of America, Mr. Lueker primarily managed Administrative Agent and Lead Arranger positions for middle market LBO clients while also underwriting and closing new transactions.

Mr. Lueker graduated from the University of Missouri with a B.S. in Business Administration and an emphasis in Finance.

CONNOR BIELING
Assistant Vice President

Connor is an Assistant Vice President in Modern Bank's Commercial Markets group. Prior to joining Modern Bank, Connor worked as an analyst at Deutsche Bank in the Leveraged Finance Credit Risk department where he performed transactional credit analysis and portfolio management duties for the Leveraged Finance Origination team. Connor graduated from Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business with a B.S. in Finance.

CONOR JACKSON
Assistant Vice President

Conor is an Assistant Vice President in Modern Bank's Commercial Markets Group. Prior to joining Modern Bank, Conor was an analyst at CIT Group Inc. where he underwrote senior debt originations transactions for middle market companies across a wide variety of industries. Conor graduated from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business with a B.S. in Finance and Marketing.

DAVID DULBERG
Analyst

David is an analyst in Modern Bank's Commercial Markets Group. Prior to joining Modern Bank, David was an analyst at HSBC in the Corporate Bank where his primary experience was in the Middle Market Financial Sponsors and Asset-Based Lending Groups. David worked in prospecting, analyzing, and modeling debt instruments across industries. David graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Business with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Anthropology.

RYAN KOZIOL
Analyst

Ryan is an analyst in Modern Bank's Commercial Markets Group. Prior to joining Modern Bank, Ryan was a summer analyst at Guggenheim Securities on both the Fixed Income Macro Products desk and Equity Research Sales desk. Prior to that, Ryan worked as a Private Equity Intern at Caledon Capital Partners in London, where he supported the analysis of a real estate development firm. Ryan graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Business with a B.S. in Finance.

Spencer Rabin
Analyst

Spencer is an analyst in Modern Bank's Commercial Markets Group. Prior to joining Modern Bank, Spencer was an advisory associate at KPMG in the Securitization Group where he focused on the execution of Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities. Spencer primarily worked across Single Asset, Conduit and CRE CLO transactions. Spencer graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Business with a B.S. in Finance and Certificate in Management Information Systems.
