Effective 10/01/2025, we have updated our Deposit Account Agreement and Privacy Notice, with specific changes to Section E: Funds Availability.  These changes reflect recent amendments to Regulation CC (Availability of Funds and Collection of Checks) and address the new federally mandated thresholds for same-day and next-day funds availability.
